The confidence and focus has improved in our 11 & 13 year olds remarkably. No hassle getting them out of bed on a Sunday to get them there and Wednesday night also, that's a compliment to Peter and Gareth and all the Black Belts that assist through the term making it a fun yet hard workout

Our daughter joined Renbukan Bardon at age 7 and progressed all the way to Black Belt at age 14. Ala, Peter, Henry, Gareth and all the other Black Belts have been great support and trainers for the children and continue to do so.

Having trained with Peter Bayliss 25 years ago, I have recently returned to training with him. Peter is one of the few remaining old school Renbukan instructors, and he has been training for over 40 years. Great friendly classes for all ages on Sunday mornings from 8.30 and Wednesday evenings from 5.45pm
